Windows 11可以在微軟官網下載，並使用微軟提供的MediaCreationTool.exe來製作Windows 11 USB安裝碟

不過用這個方法去安裝，你會發現微軟對舊電腦的限制 TPM 2.0 與 強制連網路、不能建立本機帳戶

雖然TPM 2.0、強制連網路、不能建立本機帳戶這幾個限制都能在之後手動解決

但還有更便利的方法，微軟官網下載Windows 11 ISO映像檔，再來使用Rufus將ISO映像檔製作為USB開機碟，要記得在Rufus選項中勾選
