此设置默认开启，依自己论坛情况，决定是否禁用

论坛后台 -> 系统 -> 发布设置 -> 一般 -> 发布设置 ->

游客可以预先发帖，再注册帐户 -> (．) 允许在会员用户组可以发布的地方 或者 (．) 已禁用

-> 保存
